Wednesday, June 8 was a black day for former 2.Bundesliga club FC Remscheid, who were relegated from the Landesliga (6th German division) to the Bezirksliga (7th German division) following a 0-2 defeat at the hands of ASV Einigkeit Süchteln in a relegation playoff match.
That relegation is somehow still fresh but for FCR coach Zdenko Kosanovic and his team the work has already started for the new season ahead.
