I-League side Gokulam Kerala FC have announced the signing of midfielder Malemnganba Meitei from rivals NEROCA FC for the 2019/20 season.

27 year old Manipur-born Malemnganba Meitei is an experienced campaigner on the Indian football circuit having started to play football locally before being picked up by NEROCA to play for them in the Manipur State League.

Malemnganba Meitei then moved on to play for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited SC, Salgaocar FC, Bengaluru FC, Mumbai FC, TRAU FC, NorthEast United FC before returning to NEROCA for a third stint.

Last season Malemnganba Meitei was a key player for NEROCA FC and now he moves again to the south, for the first-time to Kerala to join Gokulam Kerala FC.
