Striker Darryl Duffy leaves India to sign for St. Mirren in his native Scotland!

Striker Darryl Duffy has left India to sign for Scottish Championship, second tier, side St. Mirren FC in his native Scotland.

33 year old Linwood (Scotland) born Darryl Alexander Duffy played four years in India having spend three seasons with Salgaocar FC and in-between was on loan with FC Goa in the ISL-2 in 2015 before shifting to Kolkata to play for Mohun Bagan in the 2016/17 season.

Before his time in India, Duffy spend time with English and Scottish clubs like Glasgow Rangers, Brechin City, Falkirk, Hull City, Hartlepool United, Swansea City, Bristol Rovers, Carlisle United, Hibernian and Cheltenham Town.

Darryl Duffy said, “I’m really excited!”

“It’s great to be back home in Scotland. I’ve been away for a long time and to come back to such a good club in St Mirren is fantastic,” Darryl Duffy added.
