Olympique Lyonnais president Jean-Michel Aulas on Sunday had announced the extension of the clubs sponsorship and partnership with the Korean car manufacturer Hyundai until 2020.
The official signature was held in the boardroom of Groupama Stadium in Lyon on Sunday ahead of the French Ligue 1 game against Olympique de Marseille. The club president was accompanied by his Korean counterpart of Hyundai Motor, Kyoobok Lee as well as the Hyundai France General Manager, Lionel French Keogh.
Jean-Michel Aulas was pleased to see the continuation of this partnership started six years ago, he said, “I am happy and proud of this extension of two years because it is an exemplary partnership with a large global group like Hyundai.”
Hyundai France General Manager, Lionel French Keogh said, “we are delighted with the quality of relations established for six years with the OL and its president. This renewal until 2020 marks the anchoring of Hyundai in the world of football. We are partners of the FIFA World Cup and with OL, we have the opportunity to be also a major player in football in France.”
