As part of CONCACAF’s protocols to resume and conclude the 2020 Scotiabank CONCACAF League (SCL), extensive Covid-19 testing is carried out on each club’s players and traveling staff, and all match officials, prior to each match.
LD Alajuelense (CRC) vs CD Olimpia (HON)
In the case of the SCL Semifinal match between LD Alajuelense and CD Olimpia, two CD Olimpia players have tested positive for Covid-19. The individuals concerned have been isolated from the team and have been advised of all CONCACAF protocols and laws and regulations imposed by local authorities.
All other CD Olimpia players and staff, as well as the entire LD Alajuelense delegation and the match officials, have tested negative for Covid-19.
The match will be played as scheduled tonight at 10:00 pm ET.
